Cecile Milton-Cabret (redraw)

I decided to re-draw  because I wanted to incorporate some Steampunk things into a drawing and it was a personal test to see how much I'd improved since 2012.  I've had so much trouble with transparent backgrounds lately so I apologise if it looks heavily pixelated. -_- 
Will be (hopefully) re-starting college next week, so uploads won't be so frequent.
